I know it would be a pretty big change since aa been in the game since the release but many players don't need it and if the "good" players can't adapt, maybe they're not that good after all (rude but that's what I think). Jump peeking is also a dumb mechanic that don't belong to a game like this imo (its counterable but still can get you kills so consistently). Tbh i just can't believe nades work even worse then I remembered them to, there's 3 and all of them are broken. Same things for maps, why maps keep getting reworked just to get even more ct sided? Frags that are actual nukes, flashes that flash you behind walls or don't flash you at all, wobbling inconsistent smokes that can spot you from the radar. These are some things that came to my mind while playing this game again for a couple weeks after a year of pause playing cs as main game (different games but same concepts). If you read this, feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments I would enjoy seeing community's thoughts aswell. If you wanna trashtalk me about how I'm a cry kid i guess you can comment aswell I'll have so much fun reading that. Voice chat would increase networking needs on the player's end.

Many players play on unstable connections (well, Critical Ops is a mobile game, after all), so it would bump up the device and network requirements.
